YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a Personal Assistant who has experience providing outstanding support; intuitive enough to pre-empt issues and remaining one step ahead of the game. You are a skilled relationship-builder and able to confidently engage with many different people. You enjoy learning about the business and understanding how you can add value and work with us to achieve our goals. Your communication skills will really come to the fore, as you work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and ensure that all work is handled efficiently and accurately.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this exciting new role, you will be a highly experienced, high performing PA, who is agile, logical and relishes working in a fast-paced work environment. You will also demonstrate;
- Experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and functions within an office environment
- Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products
- Experience of working as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
- Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- High degree of confidentiality
- Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
- Flexible in their work approach to effectively manage shifting workloads
- Proactive thinking, being a step ahead and confident to make decisions
